The following is Lynn Himmelman’s review of the New Decision Therapy vs meditation and yoga. For someone that did not practice any meditation, they can take NDT and it will work very fast. Some people are not open to a spiritual exploration of themselves, but they can still get the nuggets from NDT. When NDT came into Lynn’s life, she really wanted it to have come sooner. After years of retrospection, she realized that everything came in a perfect order. Her readiness for NDT came because she already learned to meditate and was practicing yoga. She was in a dark tunnel and saw pinholes of light. Lynn says with a laugh that she was previously thinking of someone to save her. The NDT was an alternative to yoga and meditation, but it has its unique qualities of getting to the core of issues quickly.
