Yoga Benefits Are in Breathing Less (Amazon Kindle Book)

Yoga book cover

Modern yoga teaching says that carbon dioxide is a toxic waste gas that poisons body cells. However, medical research proved that over 90% of people have reduced CO2 levels in organs and tissues. Hundreds of clinical studies showed numerous benefits of carbon dioxide for human health debunking the deep breathing myth. Modern science and research completely support old or ancient yoga.

Therefore, facts show that:
1. Yoga teachers perverted ancient yoga ideas and intentions.
2. Yoga teachers are not educated in the basics of human physiology and respiratory science.
3. Yoga teachers promote CO2-related and deep-breathing-related ideas that already worsened or caused chronic health problems in millions of people.

Kindle Book – Cystic Fibrosis Life Expectancy: 30, 50, 70, …

Thick mucus is the main culprit in cystic fibrosis. It is caused by the abnormal transport of ions (e.g., Na and Cl) and water across the mucosal layers. This thick mucus starts to harbor pathological bacteria and causes GI and respiratory infections.

However, you probably do not know that the transport of ions and the active transport of water is controlled by O2 levels in cells. If O2 is low, then the transport of chemicals is going to be defective. This effect was found in all people. The CFTR gene just makes the whole picture worse.

Therefore, cystic fibrosis develops when tiny pumps that transport chemicals to form mucus have too little oxygen. If you have normal O2 in cells, you will not develop CF symptoms and problems even if you have the CFTR gene.

It makes common sense that oxygen is the key factor in the active transport of ions and water across epithelial layers. Apart from this, low body O2 suppresses the immune system making respiratory and GI infections much worse.

Therefore, the solution to cystic fibrosis is to restore normal body O2 content 24/7.

You can click on the book image to visit the Amazon Kindle store and get this book now.

The main features of this book:
– over 160 relevant medical studies
– cutting-edge research articles about the cellular causes of cystic fibrosis (low O2 pressure in cells of the body leading to the malfunction of ionic pumps that transport ions and water across epithelial layers)
– causes of low body oxygenation (ineffective breathing patterns) confirmed by numerous studies
– crucial lifestyle factors that lead to ineffective breathing
– the outline of the program to restore normal breathing and normal body oxygenation

Buteyko Breathing Books (PDF, Kindle, Paperback) by Dr. Artour Rakhimov Contemporary books, internet sources, and articles on Crohn’s disease and ulcerative colitis do not provide clear causes and solutions to these digestive problems. As a result, people with IBD are mainly busy with endless changes in their diet and the daily use of probiotics and/or other supplements.

One of the main problems is that people with IBD do not know all triggers that create GI flare-ups. These triggers include mechanical factors (such as poor posture and bending forward), roughage (large fiber particles) in foods, chemical substances (including essential oils, acids, and spices), and many more (even sleeping positions).

This Amazon Kindle book provides a systematic overview of these hidden triggers and also focuses on valuable symptoms of Crohn’s disease and ulcerative colitis that reflect the degree of GI inflammation and their state of the gut. One such symptom is increased urination. This symptom is also missing in common Crohn’s disease and ulcerative colitis books.

Here are the links to the Amazon Kindle version of the book (Crohn’s disease and ulcerative colitis) version or paperback (Crohn’s Disease and Colitis: Hidden Triggers and Symptoms) version of this book.

Part 2 of this series describes the treatment of IBD: Crohn’s disease and ulcerative colitis (Kindle version) and Crohn’s disease and ulcerative colitis (paperback version).

Display Buteyko book Oxygenate yourself: breathe less The small electronic book “Oxygenate yourself: breathe less” (94 pages; 2009) is about the foundations of the Buteyko breathing method. This book is based on my lectures, seminars, talks, and presentations in different countries around the world.

The objective of this book is to explain normal and abnormal breathing patterns; effects of overbreathing or chronic hyperventilation on the human organism; quality of life factors and their relation to breathing; lifestyle risk factors and their influence on breathing; and the appearance and development of various diseases and their relation to breathing. This is an excellent introduction to the Buteyko breathing retraining technique and breathing retraining. More about the small book…

Amazing DIY Breathing Device Book Display Breathing retraining manual “Amazing DIY breathing device” (71 pages; 2010). This book is a Complete Breathing Retraining Manual (Instructional Guide) that provides a simplified theory and practice of breathing, automatic breathing patterns, body oxygenation tests, chronic diseases, and breathing retraining, as well as for instructions on how to make this simple breathing device. For most students, the DIY breathing device is more efficient than the Buteyko breathing exercises that I have been teaching for over 7 years. Together with addressing the main lifestyle factors, described in this book, it is the fastest and most efficient way to achieve 30 s CP 24/7 and eliminate symptoms and medication related to many common chronic conditions. Read more about the DIY device book…

Big book display: Normal Breathing for Buteyko Teachers The big electronic book “Normal breathing: the key to vital health”(305 pages; 2009 edition). According to the world’s leading Buteyko teachers (see Comments), this is currently the most comprehensive book about the Buteyko breathing method. While written in a style accessible to all readers (you can read over 100 pages from this book online here), it considers details of various Buteyko breathing exercises and the Buteyko method, practical program in relation to lifestyle factors, and application of the Buteyko method to various real-life situations and health conditions. There is a separate chapter in the book devoted to breaking through the 40 s CP threshold. More about the big book …

Advanced Buteyko Breathing Exercises

Advanced Buteyko Breathing Exercises (Cover)
This digital book has many unique features since it provides a comprehensive overview and details of virtually all Buteyko breathing exercises.

This provides a description of the following features and effects:
– the use of imagery and visualization during Buteyko exercises.
– the phenomenon of overtraining due to Buteyko breathing exercises providing examples and steps for recovery
– a detailed comparison of lost CO2 sensitivity with physiological effects related to the blunted CO2 sensitivity
– Buteyko exercises during physical exercise
– the “click effect” that leads to nearly instantaneous and often permanent transition to a much higher CP with very light breathing and no air hunger (e.g., CP 50 or 60).

Frolov breathing device How to Use Frolov Device (Instructions)

With these ideas in mind and as a result of teaching the Frolov therapy to hundreds of my students, I developed these Frolov device instructions. You can buy a PDF book (on this page) or visit the Amazon Kindle store for exactly the same Kindle book “How to Use Frolov Breathing Device (Instructions)” at the same price. You can also click on the Amazon image below in order to see the Kindle version of this book.

Let me remind here that, unlike the Buteyko method, the Frolov device therapy does not require a practitioner to learn breathing exercises and improve one’s health.

Yoga Benefits Are in Breathing Less

Yoga Benefits Are in Breathing Less - book cover
Most people believe that yoga is mainly about yoga poses. Well, you may spend years practicing yoga asanas and thousands of hours doing other yoga-related activities that may include breathing exercises, but if your body-O2 content (that can be easily measured) remains unchanged, then you will suffer from the same health problems as before.

The essence of yoga is incorrect (or ideal) automatic breathing day and night for maximum oxygenation of the body cells. The real journey to better health, while using yoga, is about making changes in your automatic breathing patterns. (Click on the image find out more about this PDF ebook.)

How to Improve Digestion

How to Improve Digestion (book cover)
The book “How to Improve Digestion” is about people with GI concerns and Buteyko practitioners. It could have the title “Applying the Buteyko method for digestive problems”.

There are currently no effective therapies to improve digestion for most stubborn and difficult-to-treat digestive problems, such as Crohn’s disease and ulcerative colitis. At the present moment, most people with Crohn’s disease require surgical intervention during their lifetime. There is no known cure for ulcerative colitis, and popular therapies may only reduce some symptoms of ulcerative colitis. This book focuses on these, most difficult conditions since, if these digestive problems are solved, then it is much easier to deal with many other conditions, such as irritable bowel syndrome, GERD or gastroesophageal reflux disease, gastritis, diverticulitis, pancreatitis, gallstones, dyspepsia or indigestion. The book offers such a program.

Other Buteyko breathing books

Doctor Buteyko’s Discovery Volume 1 by Sergey Altoukhov

Cover for Buteyko Trilogy book Sergey Altoukhov was commissioned by Professor K.P. Buteyko in June 1988 to write the truth about his method. The translation has been taken from the more detailed Two-Volume Edition published in 1993. The content of this written work is fact and is written in the style of a documentary novel. Volume 1 of the trilogy describes Dr. Buteyko’s childhood in 1930s Soviet Ukraine and his experiences in World War II. It recounts how Buteyko’s own experience of malignant hypertension as a medical student led him to his discovery and describes his constant fight for recognition, including his difficulties in gaining a Ph.D. on the basis of his research. The book details his struggle to keep open his Laboratory of Functional Diagnostics on a shoe-string budget in the teeth of strong opposition from the medical establishment. The stories of his closest collaborators at the Laboratory are also recounted. Doctor Buteyko’s Discovery: Volume 1 contains 11 charts illustrating the VEDB Method.

The most important of Buteyko’s practical teachings are contained in the following sections:
* Training Khodakevich (a patient with heart disease) in the Method.
* Stopping an asthma attack in a celebrated school teacher.
* The recipe for Buteyko’s famous ‘borshch and porridge’.
* Stopping an asthma attack in a World War 1 veteran.
* Victory of Sablin (a patient) over ischaemic heart disease.
* An account of a complete lesson in the Buteyko Method given as part of the 1968 Leningrad trial.
* Gudzenko (a patient) learns to control his angina pectoris.

It is important to remember that even the best book is no substitute for training by a Buteyko practitioner, but these practical sections provide a wealth of information for patients. For more details and to buy the book, visit: Doctor Buteyko’s Discovery Volume 1 by Sergey Altoukhov.

The Advanced Buteyko Breathing Exercises book helped bring everything together for me after reading it last night.
I have had lung problems my whole life.
I started learning from your site a few years ago and got better very fast – then the doctor did tests and said my lung capacity was still low and still wanted me to take steroids every day. I have already lost teeth from their medication and felt so bad that he could not see how much better I was. I said, “Give me three months and then do the test again, and let’s see.” I decided to get good at the test at home and so every day or two I was taking lots of big deep breaths to blow into the meter to practice. Of course, now I know that by doing this I was reversing all the progress I was making from the breathing exercises.
I never went back to that doctor again.
I loved holding on after the out-breath so much that I did it all the time. I got so good at MP and AMP’s that I could be a pearl diver. Holding my breath didn’t feel bad anymore – but like bliss.
The part I hope might interest you is that I was stuck because the no breathing felt so good that exercise became something I feared. I understand now that my fear was because exercise began to remind me of hyperventilating. I got great at holding my breath but my resistance to running became huge.
As soon as you described the exercises at the end of the book it all came together for me and I understood everything. Now I can take my RB expertise and exercise without fear.
This all coming together has been my Eureka moment. What you teach is not easy but it is so worthwhile. My son is one of the fastest runners in our state and loves to run but also feels so disappointed that it also makes him feel so sick sometimes. Now I know that this is just because he is hyperventilating when he runs. I can help him now.
What you do is amazing and please don’t let the bad guys get you. What you do and teach is so important and you are such a courageous and important man.

Gumroad is really user-friendly for the customers, and it looks like it’s also really easy for sellers too, but the downside is that customers can’t pay via PayPal. There are many more cast systems that don’t ask billing addresses of the buyers.

Your new book “Advanced Buteyko Breathing Exercises” is well done. Congratulations. I have a question about the effect of reduced breathing (0or the Amazing DIY Device) on blood pressure. When I am careful to fully relax, say during a 20 minute DIY session, I have consistently noted a dramatic reduction in blood pressure, say 125/85 to 115/75. Heart rate decreases also but the drop in BP is consistently dramatic and persists for several hours. I assume this is due to vasodilation. Might this not be a good metric for evaluating the “success/efficacy” of a breathing session?
