From a message by Artour Rakhimov on Buteyko Practitioners Discussion Forum (a closed group of Buteyko teachers) on August 16, 2019:

For many years, it has been a difficult challenge for me to find a journal where I could submit an article devoted to health (the Buteyko method and/or breathing retraining).
But we have enough medical professionals, even on this Facebook group, to create our own journal devoted to breathing retraining.
Even 3, but better to have 5-7 medical people on the board, and many of us could get an excellent opportunity to publish own case studies (I am certain that many can provide great info in this area), hypothesis, reviews, etc.
If we manage to find a physical address, it can be not just an electronic journal, but a regular journal with physical copies sent to subscribers and authors (print-on-demand may work well for this purpose).
The work of an editor may likely need about 1-2 hours in a month…
This can be a fantastic way to influence the world and reach more people.
What would veterans and recent Buteyko teachers with a medical background, as well as those who do not have a medical title or degree, say?

If you teach the Buteyko method and/or breathing retraining, please email me about your willingness to participate in this project: use “dr.artour.rakhimov” followed by “@gmail.com”. Thank you!

Are there any Buteyko teachers who have a degree in alternative health and willing to contribute being editors of the International Journal of Breathing Retraining? One may continue executing a bowing ritual (in order to be approved by druggists) or have the freedom to publish simple truth about what we see in our students and what we can conclude from available physiological data.
