RE: Why your interactions with Dr. Artour Rakhimov can create problems for you and which problems you may experience
In 1994 one of my close relatives was brain-washed by KGB-related people. There were hundreds of Soviet and Russian people on whom experiments with mind control were done. Some other Russian people I knew died (many were about 25-30 years old). Since it was silly to expect help from Russian state officials (they were all KGB-controlled), I conducted my own investigations and found that many foreigners were also brainwashed and many others died in mysterious situations in countries and places where these KGB-related people traveled years ago.
During the same year, 1994, I informed consulates and embassies of a few involved countries so that to prevent future cases of brainwashing and provide safety for people world-wide. Also, in 1994 I immigrated to Canada. However, the organizers of mind control activities (let me call them “the Mafia”) found out about my revelations and they became very upset and frustrated about that.
Later, part of Canadian secret service also got involved in the same mind-controlling activities organizing terror acts worldwide using brainwashed people to avoid responsibility. In 1996 I discovered about these crimes and again warned national security organizations of many countries. You can imagine the degree of frustrations among the organizers of large crimes where many hundred western civilians, up to this date, died.
The Mafia has chosen the following tactic for their revenge. When they find that a certain person is helping me in any way, the Mafia can kill relatives of this person as a “punishment” for interactions with me. I discovered this tactic about 1 year ago since many of my friends lost their close relatives in some strange circumstances (due to activities of the Mafia). In some young families I personally knew, the Mafia people killed very young children testifying about the degree of courage and bravery of the Mafia.
While one of the solutions lies in public exposure of these activities (I, as you may imagine, is not happy to pay taxes for children-killing), for various reasons this way is limited. Hence, I found myself in the situation which was typical for persecuted Jews during WW2 (Nazi were also killing those who helped Jews to hide or escape).
My life, therefore, involves a lot of traveling and keeping low profile to keep my whereabouts and new contacts hidden (even from my closest relatives who have no idea where I am now). However, there is always a risk of exposure since the Mafia is numerous and keeps in fear all NSAs (national security agencies), including the CIA, FBI, MI-5, and many others who try to defend own countries and fight with this sophisticated type of terrorism.
During years of traveling in many countries of the Western world (about 10), I found that the Mafia organized crimes in those countries and places where I stayed. Hence, local secret agents were always in a difficult situation when I was around. (There is a paper below that describes the psychology of the spiritual war between Nazi and Jews during WW2.)
