Breathing education
Part 2-E.
What about oxygenation in
cases of irregular breathing patterns?
- There are, of course, many irregular
breathing patterns. Some people sigh every 3-5 minutes. Others cough a lot,
or sniff sporadically. Often, breathing through the mouth is a part of the
picture. All these irregularities are signs of low oxygenation and
short BHT.
-
- Moreover, as soon as one's breathing is
deep or heavy, in terms of minute ventilation, the oxygenation is going to
be low.
