#1 Yoga Secret (Amazon Kindle Book)

Modern yoga teaching also claims that CO2 is toxic waste gas, and that we do not need it in cells and organs. However, medical research proved that we require normal CO2 levels in organs and cells, and if CO2 drops 4-5 times below the norm, we are going to die in minutes. Modern science completely supports old or traditional yoga. Therefore, it is easy to show that:
1. Present-day yoga teachers perverted the classical yoga wisdom.
2. They are not educated in the basics of physiology and respiration.
3. They promote those ideas that can worsen or even cause many chronic health problems.

If you have a Kindle reader or some other reading devices, you can buy this book (for 3.77$) from the Amazon Kindle store. Click this link "#1 Yoga Secret" or the link on the right to visit the webpage on Amazon.com. Success in your yoga journey!

Kindle Book "Cystic Fibrosis: Defeated
With Natural Self-Oxygenation Methods"

You probably know that thick mucus is the main culprit in cystic fibrosis. It is caused by abnormal transport of ions (e.g., Na and Cl) and water across the mucosal layers. This thick mucus starts to harbor pathological bacteria and cause GI and respiratory infections.

However, you probably do not know that transport of ions and active transport of water is controlled by O2 levels in cells. If O2 is low, then transport of chemicals is going to be defective. This effect was found in all people. CFTR gene just makes the whole picture worse.

Therefore, cystic fibrosis develops when tiny pumps that transport chemicals to form mucus have too little oxygen. If you have normal O2 in cells, you will not develop CF symptoms and problems even if you have CFTR gene.

It makes total common sense that oxygen is the key factor in active transport of ions and water across epithelial layers. Apart from this, low body O2 suppresses the immune system making respiratory and GI infections much worse.

Therefore, the solution to cystic fibrosis is to restore normal body O2 content 24/7.

The main features of this book:
- over 160 relevant medical studies
- cutting-edge research articles about the cellular causes of cystic fibrosis (low O2 pressure in cells of the body leading to malfunction of ionic pumps that transport ions and water across epithelial layers)
- causes of low body oxygenation (ineffective breathing patterns) confirmed by numerous studies
- crucial lifestyle factors that lead to ineffective breathing
- the outline of the program to restore normal breathing and normal body oxygenation

Yoga Secret - book cover

#1 Yoga Secret (PDF Book)

Most people believe that yoga is mainly about yoga poses. Well, you may spend years practicing yoga asanas and thousands of hours doing other yoga related activities that may include breathing exercises, but if your body O2 content (that can be easily measured) remain unchanged, then you will suffer from the same health problems as before.

Essence of yoga is in correct (or ideal) automatic breathing day and night for maximum oxygenation of the body cells. The real journey to better health, while using yoga, is about making changes in your automatic breathing patterns. Doctor Buteyko's Discovery Volume 1 by Sergey Altoukhov

Cover for Buteyko Trilogy bookSergey Altoukhov was commissioned by Professor K.P. Buteyko on June 1988 to write the truth about his method. The translation has been taken from the more detailed Two-Volume Edition published in 1993. The content of this written work is fact and is written in the style of a documentary novel. Volume 1 of the trilogy describes Dr Buteyko’s childhood in 1930s Soviet Ukraine and his experiences in World War II. It recounts how Buteyko’s own experience of malignant hypertension as a medical student led him to his discovery, and describes his constant fight for recognition, including his difficulties in gaining a PhD on the basis of his research. The book details his struggle to keep open his Laboratory of Functional Diagnostics on a shoe-string budget in the teeth of strong opposition from the medical establishment. The stories of his closest collaborators at the Laboratory are also recounted. Doctor Buteyko’s Discovery: Volume 1 contains 11 charts illustrating the VEDB Method.

The most important of Buteyko’s practical teachings are contained in the following sections:
* Training Khodakevich (a patient with heart disease) in the Method.
* Stopping an asthma attack in a celebrated school teacher.
* The recipe for Buteyko’s famous ‘borschch and porridge’.
* Stopping an asthma attack in a World War 1 veteran.
* Victory of Sablin (a patient) over ischaemic heart disease.
* An account of a complete lesson in the Buteyko Method given as part of the 1968 Leningrad trial.
* Gudzenko (a patient) learns to control his angina pectoris.

It is important to remember that even the best book is no substitute for training by a Buteyko practitioner, but these practical sections provide a wealth of information for patients. For more details and to buy the book, visit: Doctor Buteyko's Discovery Volume 1 by Sergey Altoukhov.

Cell Oxygen Levels and oxygen transport are controlled by alveolar CO2 and breathing
Oxygen Transport depends on breathing and these two effects (Vasoconstriction-Vasodilation and the Bohr effect) are parts of two diagrams that summarize influences of hypocapnia (low CO2 content in the blood and cells) on circulation and O2 delivery
Free Radical Generation takes place due to anaerobic cell respiration caused by cell hypoxia. Hence, antioxidant defenses of the human body are also regulated by CO2 and breathing
Inflammatory Response is controlled by breathing since hypoxia leads to or intensifies chronic inflammation through over-expression of the hypoxia-inducible factor 1, while normal breathing reduces these processes
Nerve stabilization takes place due to calmative or sedative effects of carbon dioxide in neurons or nerve cells
Muscle relaxation or relaxation of muscle cells is normal at high CO2, while hypocapnia causes muscular tension, poor posture and, sometimes, aggression and violence
Brochodilation - dilation of airways (bronchi and bronchioles) by carbon dioxide, and their constriction due to hypocapnia
